The following tales are told by Rogue and transcribed here for the benefit of the reader. They are not to be distributed or reposted to any other medium without Rogue's express permission. To do so would be to incur Rogue's anger, which constitutes "Risking a Catastrophe," which is a Federal offense. Rogue likes to get feedback on his stories, too. It makes him happy. We like to keep him happy. Please feel free to send any comments to rogue.megawolf(at)gmail.com and we will be certain he gets them. Ryon Part 1 of 2. A young lion makes some discoveries about himself and the world he lives in, with the help of some strange little creatures he encounters. Ryon 2 Part 2 of 2. Ryon brings some toys home for further study, learning more about himself as he goes. Kenya's Heroine Part 1 of 3. Bet you never knew that Uganda once invaded Kenya! They didn't get terribly far, thanks to Lyell N!Godatu. This was Rogue's very first macrofurry story, by the way. First Love Part 2 of 3. Not all giant furries are of the smash'n'munch mindset -- not all the time, at least. This is the story of how Lyell met her boyfriend. Girl's Night Out Part 3 of 3. Lyell has been very good of late...but then some local toughs messed around with her boyfriend. Not a good idea. Bunnies at Play Part 1 of 2. Just a cute little story about two young lagomorphs enjoying a carefree summer afternoon. Of course, as the little crawlies discover, boys will be boys... Grounded Part 2 of 2. Ken Bunny's shenanigans land him in hot water. It doesn't put him in a very good mood, and he takes it out on the crawlies that he snuck into his room. Havoc! Part 1 of 2. A scientific experiment goes terribly wrong and brings the dragon Havoc Emberwing into our world. The unexpected trip has come at a bad time for him, and boy, is he pissed! In Tribute Part 2 of 2. A sequel to Havoc. How exactly does humanity attempt to recover after an invasion by a gigantic, arrogant, and ill-tempered dragon and his mate? Convict labor, of course. A man answers a knock at his door and finds himself being attacked by a very large, very powerful, and very horny reptilian. Things are not, however, as they seem... Behind the Scenes (A Dragonheart Story) You didn't really believe that Draco the dragon was a computer-generated special effect, did you? Here we learn the true story behind the making of the hit film. The otterlike Lutrai are always being bullied by their ferretlike cousins the Khatrai. They thought they had it pretty bad until Nex came along. Here's what happens when a creature from a naturally cruel and sadistic species becomes a giant. Fifteen Minute Break Part 1 of 2. A young man goes to work for the Dz'isu Construction Company, whose draconian foreman is full of surprises. Reverse Engineering Part 2 of 2. Time has passed, and the Dz'isu Construction Company has branched out into a new area of the building business, an area well-suited to their particular talents. Things go a little awry, though. Another story from the "Dz'isu Construction Company" series. This one was written in the aftermath of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, and tells the tale of Komatsu's response to the horror that unfolded before his eyes on that morning. Written in respectful memory of those who lost their lives. Xydexx the inflatable unicorn falls horn over heels in love with a parade balloon he sees on television, and vows to meet the object of his affection in person. This is believed to be the first macro-inflatable story ever. Shewolf finds herself coming into heat in a strange and frightening world. Will she be able to find the other members of her pack? The Ultimate Weapon For
Peace Part 1 of 2. A machine is created to bring about an end to a stalemated war. This is a mech-story, Rogue's first foray into hard science fiction, but it maintains a macrofurry flavor. It is not an entirely accurate description of WolfMech's origin, but Rogue's size gives him broad editorial license. * * * WolfMech is no longer the stuff of science fiction! Read about GASTROBOTS! Veni, Voravi, Vici
Part 2 of 2. An upgraded and streamlined "ultimate weapon for peace" returns to bring its own brand of "peace" to the galaxy....and finds something very unexpected. "I met an invisible wolf on FurryMuck, and we got to talking about how much more terrifying a giant furry would be if you couldn't see it coming. The premise was inspired by a story written by Bennie a while ago, and the rest of it came from Spiritwolf himself." People really should pay more attention to local legends. They said that the island belonged to the God of Great Storms, but who listened? A kangaroo tribe has some trouble with a marauding dingo band. Based upon an Australian Aboriginal legend told to Rogue by Wurragurr himself. Rayce, one of Rogue's favorite chew-toys on FurryMuck, is cast as a character in a story written especially for him. In it we learn how Humanity's first encounter with a superior extraterrestrial species is viewed by one of Mankind's artificially created servants. A hearty "neener-neener" to the folks who complained that Rogue never puts female giants in his stories. A college student is delighted to find out that Dubwana Kalakonje, the "Colossus of Africa," will be attending the same school, and is determined get a very close look at him. Illustration by Person. Unable to deny the growing attraction to the giant Dubwana, his tiny classmate finally works up the courage to act. Sometimes our dreams, though, are bigger than we can handle. Illustration by BigBlueFox. The Fisherman and the Child of the Sun A story of the Maya. Uaxac the Fisherman attempts to prevent the god T'unu-kan from wiping out his people. The story started out small, but turned itself into an epic before I knew what was happening. Humans make outcasts of those who are different. Little Tam has known that his whole life. Life is hard for him, sending him to seek refuge in the fantasies he watches on television. The day comes when even the most downtrodden is given a chance to tread, although things do not always turn out as they do on television. Every time you turn around someone has a new theory as to why history is so full of unexplained mass extinctions. Nobody would have expected the true reason, especially when Mankind realizes that its time on Earth is about to expire. Star Wars: Episode Two-And-A-Half Rogue's first attempt to write a fanfic, and like all good fanfic writers, he wrote himself right into the plot. This is the story George Lucas himself would have written if he were pinned under a megawolf's paw and under threat of squishing not to include that megawolf in his next movie. TEGU Rogue fell in love with Josef Jones's Tegu the very moment he saw him. It was only a matter of time before a story would come of it. With Josef's blessing, Rogue tells the story of how a dilligent scientist uncovers evidence of a heretofore unknown species living in the heart of the South American rainforest. "He is Hachiman, God of War." A tale of ancient Japan, when spirits roamed the earth more freely than today. A little prose to accompany an excellent image by the artist Gideon. Thor was the God of Thunder to the Vikings. Ceres was the Goddess of the Harvest in Rome, and Dionysus was the God of Wine to the Greeks. What would the God of Macrophiles be like? Herein that selfsame god makes his first visitation to our puny world. Inspired by the characters of Naniyo and Puc from FurryMuck, and intended to be a companion piece to A Wanton God. Take an all-powerful being with a particular lust for destroying tiny beings, then try to imagine the experience from the point of view of one of those tiny beings. The Great Alien Invasion Coverup A bit of sociopolitical satire, with a furry giant thrown in just to make things interesting. In a world of the near future where terrorism has become commonplace, a team is sent into a devastated city to try to determine what caused the destruction. Inspired by the character of Kilotonne on FurryMuck. In the heat of a tense standoff, a police officer reflects upon a previous standoff in which all of his weapons and training were useless, and he had to resort to extreme measures in order to survive. It is the final days of World War II, and one of the combatants is prepared to unveil a weapon of unprecedented destructive power. Hint: it's not the Americans. The Court-Martial of Captain Alastair Mackay, DVM With the Germans developing their Donnerhufe and the Japanese hard at work on Project Okaeshi, it is only natural that the Allies would respond with their own attempts to create a superweapon. Sadly, things do not go as planned. Richly illustrated by Gideon. Watch for a special guest appearance by a well-known personality in the Macrofurry community! How would we be seen by giant copies of ourselves? Would they accept us as individuals, or would they treat us the way we treat any furry scurrying thing that gets into our houses? This tale lies in the same vein as William Tenn's classic Of Men And Monsters, and was inspired by the artwork of Chaswari and the storytelling of Raleigh. "Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter" A companion piece (or maybe even a retelling) of Brobdingnag on our Doorstep. More misery and suffering in a world where giant invaders view little people as vermin -- and worse. Inspired in part by the artwork of Namecat, coupled with some of the most perverse little fantasies from the darkest corners of Rogue's mind. "...So That We May Bring You This Special Presentation..." The Broadcast Industry invests heavily in research to break open a portal into other worlds and bring sound-generating equipment across the void so that we can eavesdrop on the Unseen. Naturally, they plan to air the culmination of the experiment on live television. The experiment is a success, even beyond the wildest dreams of the media moguls. Don't panic. It's just a story. |

Lilpaw, the runt of the tribe, can no longer stand being tormented by the larger wolves; thus, he schemes to put a stop to their cruelty once and for all. This story was a collaborative effort between Rogue and his pal Bennie, who originally dreamed up the plot and characters. "My ratly friend Swft wrote this story a while ago, and then gave it to me to play with." A lab rat escapes and struggles to survive in a rapidly shrinking world. An original story by Swft with extra scenes (and extra gore) added by Rogue. Gideon asked me if I would write a story for him using the giant hermaphroditic equine war machines that he tends to dream about all the time. What are friends for? He gave me details about the characters and created a basic plot, and I fleshed it out and set it in the proper historical time frame. I am actually extremely pleased with the results. Hermaphrodites are not usually my thing, but there is something inexplicably endearing about "Die Donnerhufe" in a spoogey gritty WWII-action kind of way. I even threw in a little something for Gideon that still has him giggling. Ruda's Past, Part 2: The Massacre

Written by Dogfire. An intrepid reporter gets the story of a lifetime when he has a chance to interview Rogue himself. Written by Cashew Lou. Rogue finds a friend in a size-changing wolf. Written by Eddie Canis. Did you ever wonder how a giant wolf who can't read or write manages to write all these stories? Eddie Canis reveals how it is done after Rogue finishes demolishing a city. Written by Bennie and charmingly illustrated by Lisa Jennings, this story is the perfect companion to Roughing the Runt. Read that one first, and then dive into this one. You may just learn the answer to an ancient mystery. Written by Johnman as something of a tribute to the big wolf. Rogue made a few tiny edits to it, but for the most part the story is as the little human wrote it. It tells the tale of a man who travels the galaxy in search of giants, and how one day he manages to meet the most famous titan of all. These stories are copyrighted material.
